Anycoin Direct

With the new all-time-highs of BTC, ETH, DOGE, Anycoin Direct is experiencing an enormous influx of new registrations, transactions and support tickets. We are glad to see so much traffic on our platform and see the crypto market in full swing. At the same time, we are very aware of the increasing backlog that has been building since last week. In this update, we try to put things in perspective and explain where we currently stand.

backlog update

Perspective

You might have noticed, but January has been a crazy month for us. The all-time-high of Dogecoin increased the traffic on our website tenfold. Meaning, that the workload of our support team increased significantly overnight. To put things in perspective:

  • In January, new account registrations quadrupled in comparison to the month before;
  • The number of waiting support tickets quickly surpassed 1.000;
  • In January, 9.902 DOGE wallets had to be manually verified.

With this sudden increase, we decided to temporarily halt our live-chat and video verification. That way, our support team can fully focus on wallet- and document verification, ensuring that your transaction will go through. We understand that the disabled live-chat has caused some frustration. A lack of communication is not the service that people are used from us. Rest assured, all orders will be processed and all tickets will be answered.

Upscaling

So where do we stand? The last few days we have been upscaling our support team, almost doubling them in size. In the upcoming days, they will focus on verification and support tickets. Once the backlog has been reduced significantly, we will gradually re-open our live chat and video verification as the week progresses. By gradually re-opening our support services, we hope to complete the majority of the backlog by the end of the week. In the meantime, we advise you to not send multiple tickets/emails to our support email, as this will only increase the backlog. Thank you for understanding.
