Update on where we stand

A short update from our side.

First of all sorry for those who are waiting for an answer from our support team longer than you are used from us. We haven’t experienced this kind of growth before. As you have probably experienced as well, the market has exploded and cryptocurrency is going mainstream right at this time. We just couldn’t anticipate on this much growth, this fast.

At this moment we are scaling up more than ever and we focus to do this in a safely manner teaching all the ins and outs to our new colleagues. Only this way we can guarantee our platform stays safe and highly trusted as you expect from us.
This does take time and as you can understand in this period of the year it is not the most easily solved issue due to the fact most people want to sit aside a christmas tree these days.

A small and temporary measure regarding the minimum order amount of €100 has been made, this is due to high fees on the BTC network at this moment and to reduce the amount of small orders. Our minimum sell amount is €500 for the time being. If and when we will change this order amount again, we cannot say right now but we will keep you updated.
 

Please note the following:

With a sell order, the ideal network fee should be added to prevent failed orders. The bitcoin network is pretty congested the past months so the network fee keeps growing. Please always check this fee before sending bitcoins to us.

We will work continuously during the christmas days, we just have to and we do not want to let you down.

Please remember that there may be some delays with processing of incoming and outgoing bank transactions during this time, banks do not process orders on holiday days. 

Also note that there still are delays in processing orders with issues from our side, we are still working on our backlog and that is why our live chat and telephone are still disabled. Please be patient if you have an issue that requires attention. Do not worry, we will process every order and we will work almost 24/7 to do this.
 

A few tips to speed up the process:

  • Please send us 1 detailed ticket, sending more only slows down the process.
  • Always include the order ID in the ticket or email.
