Customer Support Agent who speaks German

Are you interested in crypto, are you customer friendly and do you speak German? Then we are looking for you!

What will you do?

As a Customer Support Agent, you will help customers with various questions regarding buying and selling cryptocurrencies. You will do this via chat, email and phone. The various tasks include:

• You will help customers purchase cryptocurrencies and send them to their own digital wallet. With your knowledge, you advise customers on which wallet is right for them.

• You perform video verifications in a customer-friendly manner for customers who want to spend more.

• You identify abnormal customer behaviors in order to prevent fraud (EDD). We facilitate extensive training so you can recognize the anomalous behaviors.

• You answer questions like: how do I create a wallet? Where do I send my coins? How can I sell a coin?

You will work in a team, so there is always someone who can help you if you don't know something. We also have clear work instructions that are always up-to-date with the latest crypto developments.

There is a pleasant informal atmosphere within the department and the organization and the lines of communication are short. You will work closely with your colleagues from the Customer Support and Customer Due Diligence department. In this position the link between the customer and our organization.

What do we ask?

• At least MBO-4 working and thinking level;

• Preferably you already have some Customer Support experience;

• You are customer friendly, collegial and professional;

• You are occasionally available on Saturdays;

• Ambition to learn more about cryptocurrencies;

• A good command of the Dutch and German languages in word and writing. English is an advantage.
