What is IOTA?

IOTA is a distributed network that uses the MIOTA unit as digital currency. IOTA is significantly different from other cryptocurrencies as it uses the 'Tangle' rather than blockchain technology. The Tangle forces users to contribute to the security and agility of the network by verifying two previous transactions on the network rather than paying transaction fees or staking coins. The structure of the Tangle allows IOTA to be scalable, flexible and transaction cost-free.

Where can I track my IOTA transaction?

You can find your IOTA transaction in one of the following block explorers:

Enter your transaction ID, or TXID (which can be found in your order overview) or your wallet address in the search bar to locate your transaction.

Can I still use my older verified IOTA wallet addresses?

In April, IOTA successfully launched upgrade 1.5 (Chrysalis) and IOTA 2.0 (Coordicede) in June. The new upgrade requires users to transfer their tokens to a new wallet. This is why IOTA launched the Firefly wallet in February. Through this wallet, users can easily migrate tokens from the old network to the new network.

Be aware that older verified IOTA wallet addresses can no longer be selected during the Anycoin Direct order flow.
