A company registration number is a unique number which identifies your company and is received when you register your company.

An extract from the company register is a document that states all vital information about the company:
- Name of the company
- Business activities
- Company registration number
- VAT number
- Legal form
- Directors and/or board of directors and/or governing entities
- Their authorizations (if they may conclude agreements, sign contracts, to what amount in Euro)
- Legal address of the company
What is a VAT number and where can I find it?
VAT stands for: Value Added Tax. The VAT-number is a unique number that is ascribed to your company by your national tax authority. Usually, this number can be found on your business register excerpt, or you can ask your (local) representative. When you register your company, you will receive a VAT number.
