The Artificial Superintelligence Alliance, consisting of Fetch.ai (FET), Ocean Protocol (OCEAN), and SingularityNET (AGIX), has announced that the merger has been postponed until July 15 due to logistical reasons and technical dependencies, including those of exchanges. As a result, the migration of FET, OCEAN and AGIX to the new ASI coin has also been delayed until July 15.

New migration dates

In our previous blog we reported that FET would transition to ASI on June 11, while the migration of OCEAN and AGIX was originally scheduled to take place on June 13. With the new timeline shared by the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance, the prediction is that the migration will now take place on July 15.

Support during the process

According to a article already published of the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance, the official channels of FET, AGIX, Ocean and ASI are ready to provide support throughout the process. They have also indicated that in the coming weeks token contracts, migration contracts and possible audits will be shared and token holders need not take any action.

What does this mean to you?

We want to inform you about the following three points:

  • Selling AGIX, FET and OCEAN is now possible again.
  • Buying AGIX, FET and OCEAN is no longer possible.
  • We will keep you informed of new developments.
