Important information about the migration from FET, AGIX and OCEAN to ASI

Big news from the AI sector: Fetch.ai, Ocean Protocol, and SingularityNET are joining forces and will merge on June 13. Together, they are creating a new token called Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (ASI). This ERC-20 token operates on the Ethereum network and is expected to have a market capitalization of $5.8 billion immediately after the migration.

Due to this merge, we are temporarily pausing all transactions regarding these coins. The reason? The AGIX, OCEAN, and FET tokens will be converted to ASI via a token migration contract.

Migration Dates:

  • The first migration of FET will take place on June 11.
  • The migration of OCEAN and AGIX will take place on June 13.

Conversion ratios in the token migration contract:

  • FET <> ASI = 1 : 1
  • AGIX <> ASI = 1 : 0.433350
  • OCEAN <> ASI = 1 : 0.433226

What does this mean for you?

We want to inform you about the following three points:

  • It is possible to buy the three tokens (AGIX, FET, and OCEAN) until Friday, June 7 at 15:00.
  • It is possible to sell the three tokens (AGIX, FET, and OCEAN) until Monday, June 10 at 13:00.
  • We aim to add the new token (ASI) on June 13 and convert the tokens (AGIX, FET, and OCEAN) to ASI.
