How do I send coins to my external wallet?

In the Anycoin Vault and App you cannot send coins to an external wallet. This way we can offer users the fastest and securest solution.

How come the price of a coin does not match the price when I want to buy/sell/swap?

In a volatile market, the prices of cryptocurrency shift constantly. When you place your order, the price is anchored for a short period and additional fees are calculated.

I am unable to register my PIN code via the app. What should I do?

Make sure that your PIN code numbers are not consecutive or consist of the same numbers.

How do I mark a coin as favorite?

Select the coin and click on the star icon.

Why can’t I see all my orders?

The order history in the app only displays your Vault orders. The webpage dashboard your complete order history.

Why does the price change whenever I use my credits?

In a volatile market, the prices of cryptocurrency shift constantly. The price will be recalculated whenever you activate your credits.

Can I activate a part of my credits instead of the entire amount?

Users are required to use all credits available in case they want to use their credits.
