How we strive for the best customer service.

Alright we know. Literally every company claims that they have the best customer service. But we want to show you why we value this company pillar so much. Let us start of by saying that we know that cryptocurrency can seem hard at times, especially when you are just getting started. What is this random string of letters and numbers called a wallet address? What’s the difference between Ethereum and Ethereum Classic? It can be hard to navigate through a landscape of technical terms and specific actions someone must take. Certainly when money is at stake. So we try to help with that. How? Our biggest asset (in our opinion) is our support team that can be reached through email, live-chat and telephone. Got a question? Something not clear? Just give us a call! We do not believe in targets or leads. Matter of fact, we would rather take our time to make sure that all your questions have been answered. A main factor of this focus on customer service is trust. Anycoin Direct has been around for almost ten years and was one the first crypto services to be officially registered with the Dutch central bank. But we have seen the landscape shift in that time. A lot of focus on speed and short term results, combined with a lot of scammers have made the crypto waters harder to navigate. We currently have over 14k reviews on TrustPilot, with an average score 4.5 (out of 5 stars). For those of you who don’t know, TrustPilot is a platform on which customers can leave a review after they have purchased a product (or service) from a certain website or platform. It is regarded as the benchmark of product reviews and is used all over the world for nearly any type of product. In the (almost) ten years that we have been active, we have consistently been asking our customers how they thought the process went. This has resulted in us being the most reviewed crypto company worldwide. Something we are very proud of and something that we will continue to do.

The last few years, we have also added extensive guides and FAQ questions for those who want to check information on their own pace. In addition, we have also started to write weekly articles regarding all things crypto related. For example, we try to highlight popular crypto scams or explain the most popular crypto exit strategies. To be completely honest, this is just the beginning of our plans on expanding crypto knowledge. In the upcoming period we want to focus more and more on informative content, news and cryptocurrency fundamentals.
