How can I raise my limits?

You can raise your limits by completing a certain amount of verification steps. The quickest way is by completing our fast verification. These steps vary depending on the amount you would like to trade. You can complete these steps in your account or start an order with the amount you would like to trade. Our website will guide you through the steps.

Why do you have these limits?

Due to regulations, we are obliged to confirm the identity of our customers. We understand that your safety and privacy are very important. That is why our customers can choose how much information they want to provide us. We respect your privacy!

When will my limits reset?

Our platform has two types of limits: daily limits and yearly limits. The daily limit resets exactly 24 hours after your last order. You can view your current limits in your account dashboard.

My limits are insufficient, how can I raise my limits?

Please make sure that you have uploaded all the necessary documents to your account. If you uploaded all the required documents and completed the video verification, but still feel that your limits are insufficient, please contact our support team.

What type of identification documents does Anycoin Direct accept?

Any valid government-issued European travel document is accepted at Anycoin Direct. This means that we accept passports and ID cards for verification purposes. If you have a (temporary) European residence permit, we do require you to provide a passport or ID card from your country of origin. We do not accept documents that are (heavily) damaged, expired, counterfeited or have been tampered with.

What is a valid Proof of Residence?

A valid Proof of Residence is a document that confirms your registered address. We accept a wide range of documents, but be aware that official mail (from your bank, university, municipality, government or utility companies) is always a better choice than your everyday mail (invoices, bills, fines or love letters). Your Proof of Residence must show: your full name and address and may not be older than three months.

How long does it take to verify my documents?

During office hours, we will verify your documents within one hour. If you submit your documents outside of our office hours, we will verify your documents as soon as possible. You will receive an email once your documents have been verified.

How do I complete the video verification?

Go to the live-chat when all previous steps have been completed. Mention that you want to start the video verification and our support team will take it from there!

What is a manual check?

A manual check is a check that needs to be done by one of our colleagues. This process is needed in case our system can not automatically verify your information.
